Please be advised that there is a $100.00 fee for the completion of our standard bank questionnaire

Specialized Bank Questionnaire

If you need the lender’s specialized condo questionnaire completed, any other form other than ours or have any additional questions that were not answered on our form, there is a $400.00 fee because we must send it to the attorney to review before we can send it out.

Please note, bank questionnaires are processed once we receive the correct payment, and in the order in which they are received. Processing time can range from 1 day up to 5 days depending on the volume of requests and the type of questionnaire.
