To obtain a 6(d) certificate for the sale of your unit from Alpine, please complete the form below and submit to us along a bank check or money order for $300.00, made payable to Alpine Property Management. Please note, we do not accept personal, or company checks for sales.

We also offer payment by credit / debit card over the phone for a $5.00 processing fee.
