6(d) Certificates for Refinances

To obtain a 6(d) certificate for the refinance of your unit from Alpine, please email Nancy at nab@alpinemanagement.com with your unit and contact information. The fee for this certificate is $100.00, made payable to Alpine Property Management. Payment can be mailed to our office at 12 Damonmill Square Concord, MA 01742 or we also offer payment by credit / debit card over the phone for a $5.00 processing fee.
